Le Suquet – Maison Bras

Three years ago, I found myself back here again — my second visit, in July 2023. This is a dining experience, and a restaurant, that I will never forget. I was fortunate to be a stagiaire at BRAS in 2019, and one of my most memorable memories was gardening early in the morning — picking herbs, flowers, and leaves for their iconic Le Gargouillou. Not forget to mention l’aligot and their dessert; chocolate coulant! From the moment we arrived, the experience felt incredibly special. We were first welcomed into a beautiful space to enjoy drinks and snacks. Afterwards, we were invited to walk through the main kitchen, where we could see the chefs at work, before being escorted to the dining room. White table cloth, sunset & view overlooking the Aubrac — amazing! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially Régis and Juliene, for making this experience so memorable. A place I’ll always be grateful for, and I’ll happily return to one day — filled with unforgettable memories. 🤍

Un moment suspendu au-dessus des collines de l’Aubrac, tout est élégant et accueillant à la fois, un personnel courtois et pro mais chaleureux, des assiettes sublimes de beauté et des saveurs raffinées et étonnantes… Tout est délice, générosité et gentillesse : bravo !!!

Une surprise magique à couper le souffle et une expérience unique, hors du commun dans un cadre apaisant, sobre et luxueux dans les moindre détails, un lieux silencieux et reposant où la nature est omniprésente. Mon anniversaire surprise a été une parenthèse enchantée vraiment. Un souvenir immense. Le personnel d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme hors du commun. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps. Petrus notre chien a été accueilli à bras ouvert 😉
